Shipping, Handling & FAQs

Due to the impact of COVID-19, processing/ shipping times are extended buy up to 1-3 weeks! SHIPPING & HANDLING: All orders are made to order. Purchases typically  WILL ship within up to 3-4 weeks from the purchase date.

All orders are fulfilled in the order which they are received.

Please make note that during sales and holiday seasons, orders are in EXCESS. THIS WILL RESULT IN DELAYED SHIPPING TIMES.

All orders are shipped tightly in bubble mailers or boxes via First Class Mail or 2-3 day Priority shipping 

Tracking Numbers are sent automatically to the email used when order was placed. It is sent when your order is ready to ship, and will update within 48 hours when packages are dropped off in bulk at USPS. Please note that if you place multiple orders, they will ship seperately. STRIPE orders will require a signature confirmation. When you checkout, if you don't choose PAYPAL, your order is a STRIPE order, Orders placed through paypal or stripe that are $100 dollars (shipping & discounts EXCLUDED) will recieve complimentary signature confirmation. Be mindful of this fact when you place your order and choose the best shipping address to ensure you will receive your package. ANY STRIPE order under $100 purchased without signature confirmation will be cancelled; a full refund will be issued!


All sales are final and refunds are prohibited due to items being made to order and due to hygienic reasons. PLEASE NOTE that when you make a purchase you are AGREEING with this policy.

HONEYMAMI is not responsible for packages that are undelivered, misdelivered,STOLEN, or damaged in transit, provided that they are shipped to the address in the paypal receipt unless otherwise specified by the customer. Should items be undelivered and RETURNED TO HoneyMami, A reshipment fee is paid by customer for reshipment. If there is a discrepency(wrong item shipped) on HoneyMami's behalf with your order, it must be reported with 5 days of recieving your order. Failure to report a discrepancy within 5 days will result in non fulfillment of said discrepency. Additional questions about shipping can be sent via the contact form on site.Why does shipping take so long? Shipping depends on inventory, as all items are made to order. Some orders will take less than the above mentioned time frame. However, please allow sufficient time for orders to be created, processed, packaged, and shipped, if necessary. HoneyMami is a human, one woman run, small business. Know without a doubt, your understanding, your flexibility and support is very much so appreciated!
